Hernán came to me with 3 logos he had over a three year span and he wasn't feeling any of them. After presenting brandscapes to get his feedback, we set out with research, explorations and lots of time grinding out multiple concepts and iterations. In the end, we landed on an identity that evokes a unique, elevated feel that will look great in his cafes and products and grab attention in the area's coffee-soaked market.
ALIAS first saw an immediate jump in sales of their bagged beans at the local farmers market as soon as they started stacking the bags up under their newly tent. The brand loyalty began to percolate too and today his coffee shops are two of the most popular in the area.
